Carbofoil - is an intercalated natural graphite product used in the manufacture of graphite foil. Because of it's inert and non toxic nature and high melting points it can be used in gaskets and seals for petrochemicals, chemical process pumps and high temperature thermic fluid boilers.
It is an alternative to Asbestos sheet traditionally used to produce gasket materials but now banned in many countries.

SHEET & GASKET APPLICATION:

Flexible graphite sheet & roll, namely expanded graphite sheet & roll, is made from flake graphite with high carbon content which is gone through chemical treatment, expanding under high temperature and then rolling. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance. It is the basic material for making all kinds of reinforced graphite sheets, graphite tapes, packing and sealing gaskets.
